I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Nursing, moved to Los Angeles and practiced Nursing at an LA County Hospital. While I was in Los Angeles I took my first overseas trip to the Middle East and Israel and I fell in love with travel! I moved back to Lubbock, TX, to marry my husband and we have raised 3 children. We have loved to travel all over the US with our children and also took them to European destinations and Caribbean Cruises. 2 of them studied abroad in Jordan, Shanghai and Spain and all 3 of them love travel.
I’ve been a Travel Advisor since 2018 and I love it! I enjoy creating custom, seamless trips for clients to their dream destinations. I’ve planned many European trips including Italy, France, Switzerland and the UK. I also love to send clients on Ocean and River Cruises all over the world! I plan many trips all over the Caribbean for clients, too.
I love discovering new destinations and over the last 2 years I’ve travelled to Dubai, Sicily and I took a yacht tour along the Croatian Coastline as well as land tours in Croatia. I’ve visited many resorts in the Cancun area and Mexico. I love Scottsdale, Arizona, and have been to many resorts there along with sporting events and concerts in Phoenix. Hiking in Sedona was also fun! Last month I toured Istanbul, the country of Slovenia and Amsterdam! I just returned from Nassau, Bahamas and recently took a Western Caribbean cruise on Celebrity. I loved my Regent Alaskan Cruise and also our Windstar Mediterranean Cruise. I’ve travelled extensively in Florida, California, Maine, Colorado and Texas along with cities such as Boston, New York, Chicago and Seattle.
All my clients have loved the Italy trips I’ve customized for them-many have said it’s the most seamless trip they have taken. I recently sent a family to Costa Rica and later to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. They took the most amazing pictures of their active and adventurous trips! Normandy has also been a favorite destination for many couples. I have so many resources within Departure Lounge including our VIP and Preferred Partners and I find it very rewarding to be a Travel Planner and Advisor.
