With my suitcase always half-packed and my passport full of stamps, I’ve turned my lifelong passions for wellness and travel into a dual career that blends the two together. After visiting more than 30 countries across five continents, I’ve learned what truly makes a journey transformative — thoughtful service, perfect timing, meaningful local experiences, and the right balance between adventure and rejuvenation.
For over 20 years, I’ve been a leading fitness instructor in Dallas and Atlanta, guiding others to live better longer. Teaching movement continues to be a cornerstone of my life — a way to connect, inspire, and empower others to care for both body and spirit. Now, I bring that same philosophy into the world of travel, curating experiences that not only indulge the senses but also nurture well-being.
