From a young age, I dreamed of faraway places and learning local cultures, and that dream shaped my life. I have lived in Paris, New York, and New Zealand; taken two yearlong travel sabbaticals; and explored 5 continents, 30 countries and 36 U.S. states, always seeking art, design, and meaningful global connections.
I earned a BFA from Parsons School of Design in New York, spent a decade in fashion with Fortune 500 brands, built my own luxury event firm, and later served as Director of Corporate Events producing 160 programs a year. Those experiences sharpened my eye for style and seamless logistics.
Today I am the Owner, Designer, and Advisor of Bettina Hahn Luxury Travel, a full service studio that blends sophistication with a playful spirit, pairing insider access with high touch service. A proud Virtuoso member and Departure Lounge affiliate, I curate seamless journeys that become once in a lifetime memories, translating global insight into customized itineraries that celebrate culture, cuisine, and connection. I am a Virtuoso Certified Travel Advisor.
Some of my favorite trips have been the ones that blend thoughtful design, beautiful hotels and villas, and experiences that feel personal to each traveler. I especially enjoy designing multi-generational family trips, milestone celebrations, and complex custom itineraries where every detail matters.
A few favorites include a private family safari for nine through Kenya and Tanzania, a romantic Maldives honeymoon, a Greek island yacht itinerary, and a beautiful Sicily trip for five friends with private guides, local experiences, and plenty of time to enjoy the trip at a relaxed pace.
What I love most is creating trips that feel effortless for my clients, while still feeling personal, polished, and full of special details they would not have found on their own.
