Lion Sands Ivory Lodge 
The 1st May 2016 will see the temporary closure of Lion Sands Ivory Lodge. We will be keeping her carefully hidden for a period of four months (May to August), during which time our team of architects and interior designers will be recreating magic. The grand reveal of the enhanced Lion Sands Ivory Lodge will take place on the 1st September 2016, the very same day we celebrate 15 years of walking this wonderful road with you! 
This experience is a leader in Southern Africa for its location, privacy and simple yet elegant interiors. The suites operate as private villa’s catering for guests who wish to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a setting which will exceed the highest of expectations. Lion Sands Ivory Lodge is the jewel in the More Family collection of private lodges at Lion Sands.

Lion Sands 1933 Nicholas and Robert More, brothers & fourth generation owners of Lion Sands, completed and opened their 3rd private lodge, Lion Sands 1933, at Lion Sands. The Lodge is aptly named after the year in which their great grandfather came to this area and is offering guests the ultimate hideaway or private family home. Enjoy complete privacy, combined with the finest location and some of Africa’s best safari territory.
